Identify potential upsell opportunities with the Incoming Service Visit Report

Introduction

The Incoming Service Visit Report serves as a valuable tool for salespeople, allowing them to establish and strengthen connections with their existing customers as well as reach out to potential new customers. By utilizing this report, salespeople can identify and engage with individuals who are visiting for service appointments. This proactive approach not only helps in fostering customer loyalty but also opens up avenues for potential upsell opportunities, thereby contributing to increased sales and customer satisfaction.

Navigate to:  Sales > Reports > Sales > Incoming Service Visits

  • Select report parameters such as:
    • Report Type - Summary (short synopsis) or Detail (detailed view of information)
    • Blank Salespeople - No sales associate assigned
    • Inactive Employee - Sales Associate no longer at the dealership
Tip: Choosing [Yes] for Blank Salespeople and Inactive Employee will show customers coming in for service who are not currently assigned to a Salesperson. This can create more opportunities for upselling and establishing connections with new prospects.
  •  If you consistently run the same report with the same parameters,    to simplify the process of running future reports.
  • Select [Run Report].
  • Make any adjustments to the report by selecting .
  • Share the report with anyone who has VUE access and/or download it to an Excel or PDF file  .
