Creating an Appointment via the Appointment Schedule screen

Service > Advisor > Appointment Schedule
Inside the Appointments screen:

Select the [New] button in the Action Ribbon.

Fill in any applicable fields.

Select the [Quick Add] or [Add] button.

Input an OpCode, Concern, Technician, Account Code, and Labor Hours, where applicable.

Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
