Appointments Created By Report

Easily track appointment activity by employee with automatic summaries and detailed counts.

Introduction

Dealers often struggle to manually identify who created appointments—a process that is both tedious and error-prone. This enhanced report provides a streamlined solution by automatically capturing and summarizing all appointments created by each employee. It includes detailed counts of canceled, archived, orphaned, and active appointments.

Navigate to:  Service> Reports> Appointments

  • Select report parameters such as:
    • Report Type - Summary (short synopsis) or Detail (detailed view of information)
    • Companies
    • Department
    • Advisor
    • Created By
      • All (Default)
      • List who created (multi-select, default to All)
      • If blank (third-party) - include these and group them together.
Note: Admins must grant users access to this report either through Roles or directly within the Employee Record.
  •  If you consistently run the same report with the same parameters,    to simplify the process of running future reports.
  • Select [Run Report].
  • Make any adjustments to the report by selecting .
  • Share the report with anyone who has VUE access and/or download it to an Excel or PDF file  .
