Adding to Quick Add

Effortlessly add your most commonly used operation codes to the Quick Add feature in DDU.

Introduction

By customizing the Quick Add feature with the operation codes you use most frequently, you can significantly enhance your efficiency when scheduling appointments and creating repair orders. Save yourself, and fellow service advisors time, by learning how to access your operation codes and add them to your Quick Add feature.

Best Practices:

  • There is no limit to the Op Codes you can add to the Quick Add feature, but be cautious not to overload it, as this will increase scroll time and reduce efficiency.
  • Think of the service work your department performs most often, such as: Oil Changes, Tire Rotations, Brakes, Alignments etc.

 

 

Navigate to: Service > Maintenance > Op Codes

  1. Select the Op Code from the grid that you would like to add to the Popular Op Code list
  2. On the far top right of the screen, look for the Popular Op Code drop down:

  3. From the drop down, choose the service center location
Save your changes. Operation Code will now be listed in Quick Add and easily available by selecting Screenshot 2025-02-04 154131 when  scheduling appointments and creating repair orders
