How do you void an Unpaid Technician Labor payroll run?

To void an Unpaid Technician Labor payroll run, locate the report in Service > Reports > Payroll > Unpaid Technician Labor Report, select the report line, click Void in the Action Ribbon, and confirm by clicking Yes.

Inside the primary grid

  1. Filter or sort the primary grid to locate the Unpaid Technician Labor Report, then click on that row to select it.

Within the Unpaid Technician Labor screen

  1. Select the Void button in the Action Ribbon.
  2. Click the Yes button to void the payroll run.
