Voiding an Operation

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

  • All Labor, Parts, Sublets, and Fees must be removed before an operation can be voided.

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Select [Detail Add] to open the Operation Detail screen.

Select an operation to edit by clicking on the existing operation line.

2. Select the [Void] button at the bottom of the window.

3. Select [Yes] in the prompt to Void the operation.

4. Select [OK] to accept the changes and close the Operation Detail window.
