Voiding a Parts Receipt

Parts > Cashier > Receipt Book

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the receipt.

2. Select the receipt by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Receipt Book screen:

3. Click [Void] in the Action Ribbon.

4. Input a reason in the Void Receipt prompt.

5. Click [Submit].

6. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
