Viewing Outstanding Parts Orders for a Part Number

Parts > Counter > Parts Inventory

The selected part number will need to be on an outstanding part order.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort and select the part number.

Within the Part Record:

2. Inside the Part Record, click the On Order hyperlink.

3. When the Parts Order for Part Number window appears select a Part Order.

· If no orders are listed, then there are no open orders for the part.
