Viewing Open Tickets for a Vehicle

Service > Miscellaneous > All Vehicles

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the vehicle.

  2. Select the vehicle by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Vehicle record:

When a vehicle has opened Repair Orders, open Part Invoices, or open Purchase Orders, an indicator will appear in the upper right of the screen in red labeled “Open Tickets”.

  1. Click the Open Tickets indicator to open the Open Tickets window.

  2. Select either Repair Orders, Parts Invoices, or Purchase Orders from the tabs on the left.

  3. The selected tab will display the opened tickets/invoices in the chart to the right.

  4. Within the grid, select the RO Number, Invoice Number, or PO Number hyperlink accordingly to open a new tab and view the selected item.
