Viewing Op Code Details
The Op Code Detail feature equips Service Advisors with essential information on assigned operations.
Introduction
Utilizing this feature, Service Advisors can better understand the technical nuances of the work being performed, facilitating more effective communication with technicians. This empowers Advisors with the essential knowledge needed to accurately assist customers, respond to their inquiries, and keep them informed about the status of their service.
Navigate to: Service > Advisor > Route Sheet
Selecting the icon to the left of the RO# hyperlink will expand the operation details
Once you expand the details, you will have the opportunity to:
- View each job and its corresponding Op Code
- Identify if the operations are categorized as internal, warranty, or customer pay
- Review the specific concerns that require the repairs
- View anticipated time frame for completing each operation based on the code assigned
Note: Clicking on the Repair Order or Job Code hyperlink will take you directly to the Repair Order, where you can mark the operations as completed, and process the billing for the customer. |
