Viewing a Special Order

Service > Advisor > Special Orders

• Multiple columns can be used at one time to better filter the search.

Searching by Special Order Number:

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Select Open, Archived, or All from the Master Filter in the Action Ribbon.

2. Input a log string into any of the column text fields at the top of the grid.

3. Click on a specific search result line to view the Special Order.

Searching by Part Number:

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [Browse By Part] button in the Action Ribbon.

2. Select Open, Archived, or All from the Master Filter in the Action Ribbon.

3. Input a full or partial log string into any of the column text fields at the top of the grid.

4. Click on a specific search result line to view the Special Order.
