Using the Grid Search (View Check Register)

Accounting > Cash & Bank > View Check Registers
· Multiple columns can be used at one time to better filter the search.
For users with multiple banks and/or accounts
Inside the Bank Selection Screen:
1. Select a bank from the Banks list.
2. Select a bank account from the Accounts list.
3. Click the [Continue] button.
Within the View Check Registers Screen:
4. If applicable, mark the Exclude Voided Checks checkbox to remove any voided checks from the grid.
5. Input a log string into any of the text fields at the top of the grid.
6. Press the [Tab] or [Enter] key on the keyboard to search, or the system will auto search.
7. Click on a specific search result line to highlight the line.
∟ Details will be displayed at the bottom of the screen.
· To view other bank and/or account information, click the Bank Name and Account Name dropdowns.
For users with only one bank and one account
Within the View Check Registers Screen:
1. If applicable, mark the Exclude Voided Checks checkbox to remove any voided checks from the grid.
2. Input a log string into any of the text fields at the top of the grid.
3. Press the [Tab] or [Enter] key on the keyboard to search, or the system will auto search.
4. Click on a specific search result line to highlight the line.
