Using the Grid Search, Search Filters, and Filter By Range (Schedules)

Using the Grid Search

· Multiple columns can be used at one time to better filter the search.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Select a specific schedule in the Schedule Number dropdown.

2. Input a log string into any of the text fields at the top of the grid.

3. Press the [Tab] or [Enter] key on the keyboard to search, or the system will auto search.

4. Click on a specific search result line to highlight the line details.

Using the Search Filters

· The system will only allow one type of Search Filter to be used at a time.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Select a specific schedule in the Schedule Number dropdown.

2. Input a log string into the Journal, Reference, Account, or Control field on the left side of the screen.

3. Click the caret.

4. Click on a specific search result line to highlight the line details.

Using the Filter By Range

· Multiple ranges can be used at one time to better filter the search.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Click the [Filter By Range] button.

2. Input a range in any or all range sets.

· If a range is not applicable, the [All] checkbox to the right of the range set will be marked by default.

3. Click the [Apply Filters] button.

4. Click on a specific search result line to highlight the line details.
