Using the Grid Search (Receipt Book)

The Receipt Book allows you to search and filter receipts by status — Open, Posted, Voided, or On Hold — using one or more column filters at the same time. Follow the steps below to locate a specific receipt.

Sales > Miscellaneous > Receipt Book

Can multiple columns be used to filter at the same time?

Yes. You can apply filters to multiple columns simultaneously to narrow your search results.

How do you search the Receipt Book?

Follow these steps to filter and find receipts in the Receipt Book:

1. Select Open, Posted, Voided, or On Hold from the Master Filter in the Action Ribbon.
2. Enter a search value into any of the text fields at the top of the Primary Grid. Multiple columns can be used at the same time to further filter the results.
3. Press Tab or Enter to search, or wait for the system to search automatically.
4. Click a specific search result line to view the receipt details.
