Update a Price Code
.
Price Codes calculate based on the amount listed on the Part Record’s Cost, Wholesale, and List price fields.
Changes may apply to open tickets. Review open tickets prior to updating Price code fields.
Navigate to Parts > Maintenance > Price Codes
Inside the Primary Grid:
1. Filter/sort and select the Price Code to update.
2. Update the fields as needed.

Update a ‘Code’ in the Price Code field.

Update the description in the Description field.

Updating Sale Source dropdown and select List. (Sale Source is the basis for the calculation of the Sale Price.)

Update the Sale Percent. (Sale Percent is the percentage for the calculation of the Sale Price.)

Update the Show Source dropdown and select List. (Show Source is the basis for the calculation of the List Price.)

Input the Show Percent. (Show Percent is the percentage for the calculation of the List Price.)
3. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
Note that the Sale should always be equal to or less than the Show.
v Below is an example of a Price Code where the Sale and List Price are the same based on the List Price of a Part Number.
Sale Source: List
Sale Percent: 100.00%
Show Source: List
Show Percent: 100.00%
