The Recheck Report 

Customers Coming Back for Corrections 

The Recheck Report is used to track and summarize which technicians have Repair Orders being created due to a customer coming in to have a previous concern corrected again. The report contains the Original Technician, how many Repair Orders and the addition hours to correct the issue. 

Frequency: Monthly 

Who uses this report: Service Manager and Fixed Ops Director 

How it's used: To monitor a technician’s performance.
