Submitting the Financial Statement to the OEM

Accounting > Monthly > Financial Statement

· The Financial Statement must be calculated first.

Within the Financial Statement Screen:

1. Click the [Export] button.

2. Click the [Submit] button to the Statement Action prompt: “Do you want to Verify or Submit this financial statement? Selecting ‘Validate’ will return all warnings and errors without sending the file to the Manufacturer (even if there are no errors or warnings). Selecting ‘Submit’ will send the file to the Manufacturer if no errors exist (the file will still send if there are warnings).”
