Starting an RO (Technician System)
Access the Technician System to view your open and active Repair Orders, on assigned Operations
The Technician System acts as a central hub for technicians to efficiently receive and manage their Repair Orders through a user-friendly interface By leveraging this centralized platform, technicians can enhance their workflow, minimize downtime, and provide faster, more precise service to customers. Discover how to access the Technician System and start working on your Repair Orders efficiently.

Navigate to: Service > Technician> Technician System
Upon entering the Technician System, all your Active Repair Orders will be displayed.
Accessing the RO
- Click on the RO# hyperlink on the left
or the [arrow] on the right
of the Repair Order line.
- Select the Op, Op Code, Payment Type (PT), or Concern hyperlink to view operation details
Note: Once you are in the operation, you can input the cause of the issue, the correction made, and any additional tech notes in the designated fields. |
Start/Stop Time
- Select the
icon to [Start] and [Stop] time
- After starting the timer, click
icon to request parts for the operation
Tip: If you need to pause an operation at any time, simply click on [Stop Time] and select a reason for the hold from the dropdown menu. |
