Code 2 = [(Sell Rate - Buy Rate) / Sell Rate] * Finance Charges @ Sell Rate
Code 3 = [(Sell Rate – Buy Rate) ÷ Buy Rate] × Finance Charges @ Buy Rate
Code 4 = Finance Charges @ (Sell Rate - Buy Rate)
Code 8 = Finance charges - finance charges @ buy rate, no adjustment for loan fee/prepaid fee
Code B = (Payment @ Sell Rate – Payment @ Buy Rate) × Term
Code F = Fair Ratio Method: Total Finance Charge – [ (Buy Rate/Sell Rate) x Total Finance Charges]
Code G = 1.75% of the Amount Financed
Code I = (Finance Charges @ Sell Rate – Finance Charges @ Buy Rate) × Dealer Reserve %
- Based on Schedule:
-

If Sell Rate minus Buy Rate = 0.00 to 1.00, Bank Percentage = 0 and Dealer percentage = 100%

-
If Sell Rate minus Buy Rate = 2.01 and up, Bank Percentage = 30% and Dealer Percentage = 70%
-
Code J = ([New APR – Buy Rate] ÷ New APR) × (Finance Charge – Loan Processing Fee)
Code K = Retail calc: Difference of finance charges at APR - finance charges at buy rate (like type “1”) Then look at difference between sell and buy rates - apply 80% for rate differences greater than 0.51 . Else full reserve.

Code N = [(Original Sell Rate - Buy Rate)/Original Sell Rate] x (Amount Financed - Loan Processing Fee)
Code P = Finance Charges @ New APR - Finance Charges @ New Buy Rate
Code Z = ((Total Finance Charge - Loan Origination Fee) * Rate Variance * Split Percentage / 100)
For more information see Adding a Flat Rate Table (Lender)
