Adding a Service Advisor to an In-Stock Vehicle (Sales)

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

Navigate to Sales > Vehicles > All Vehicles / Vehicle Inventory / New Vehicles / Used Vehicles 

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the vehicle.

2. Select the vehicle by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Vehicle record:

1. Click the Advisor dropdown in the lower left of the screen.

2. Select an Advisor from the list. This advisor will become the VIN Advisor.

3. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
