Setting a Fee Type (Sales)

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on  Roles and Permission to learn how.

Sales > Maintenance > Sales > Fees

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Fee.

2. Select a Fee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Fees screen:

1. Click the Deal Type dropdown.

2. Select Title Fee, Acquisition Fee, Battery, Documentation Fee, eFile, Handling, Inspection, Lemon, License Fee, Lien Fee, Loan Processing Fee, Misc/Other, Registration Fee, Smog, Title Fee, Vendor Single Interest, or Weight Fee from the dropdown.

3. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

• Selecting a Fee Type of Acquisition or Loan Processing Fee will display the Post to Accounting dropdown.

• Selecting License Fee or Weight Fee will display the Calculated dropdown.
