Set your Report Default to PDF
.
To set your Report Default to PDF Set Report Output to View, PDF or Spreadsheet
Instead of changing your report output every time you print a report, you can change your default output to whatever you want. Your selections will be specific to you and will not affect other users in your dealership.
There are two ways to accomplish this.
A. To default to PDF for all reports:
-
At the top of your screen, click the dropdown by your name.
-
Select User Settings.
-
Change the Report Output To your choice of default (PDF, View, or Spreadsheet).
-
Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
or
B. To default to PDF for a particular report:
-
In the report parameters window, change the Output To your choice of default for this report only (PDF, View, or Spreadsheet).
-
Then click the [Set as Default] button at the bottom to save.
