Set up WebClient printer

• Note: Dominion recommends Chrome as the browser and Adobe Reader for PDF viewing. Chrome does not have to be the default browser; however, Adobe must be the default PDF viewer. The WebClientPrint tool facilitates printing in all modules.

Step-by-Step

1. Download WebClient software.
   1. Click the WebclientPrint Processor (WCPP) from Neodynamic link.
   2. Select the Version 4 tab.
   3. Click the Installer file to start the download to your PC.
2. Install Webclient software.
   1. Once downloaded, select the file (normally in your bottom tray) to start the installation.
   2. Click the [Next] button in the Windows Setup Wizard.
   3. Click the [Install] button when prompted.
   4. When the Setup Wizard has completed the installation, click the [Finish] button.
3. From within VUE
   1. The first time you attempt to print from within VUE, the WebClientPrint window will pop-up.
4. Select Webclient printer.
   1. When prompted to "Open WebClientPrint for Windows?", mark the "Always allow..." checkbox.
   2. Click the [Open WebClientPrint for Windows] button.
5. Select Print Queue.
   1. In the Printers window, Click [Refresh]. The label should now indicate that WebClientPrint is now installed.
   2. Use the Select a Print Queue dropdown to select a printer.
   3. Click the [OK] button to complete the setup.
