Identify Service Work in Process

This report provides a comprehensive overview of active repair orders, associated costs, and the advisors assigned to each order. This report is most valuable to Service Managers, providing additional insight into current work orders.

 

Frequency: Weekly and Monthly

  • Tracking Active Repair Orders
    • Lists all vehicles currently in the service process, including customer details, vehicle info, and work status.
    • Helps advisors and managers see which jobs are open, who’s responsible, and what stage each job is at.
  •  Financial Oversight
    • Breaks down labor, parts, and sublet costs and sales for each advisor and for the department as a whole.
    • Enables management to monitor profitability, cost control, and sales performance in real time.
  •  Advisor Performance & Workload
    • Shows how many repair orders each advisor is handling and their associated sales/costs.
    • Helpful in balancing workloads, identifying top performers, and supporting coaching or training.
