Sending Team Chat Messages from the Route Sheet

Sending a Message to Everyone (Parts Counter, Advisor, and Technician)
Inside the Route Sheet screen:

Filter/Sort the grid search to locate the Repair Order.

Click the Team Chat icon on the Repair Order line of the Route Sheet.

Click the message section and input the message to be sent.

Click the Send icon to send the message.

Click the [Cancel] button to close Team Chat.
Sending Message Alerts to Specific Individuals
Inside the Route Sheet screen:

Filter/Sort the grid search to locate the Repair Order.

Click the Team Chat icon on the result line of the Route Sheet.

Click the dropdown above the message section.
-
Select the individuals to send the message alert to by marking the checkbox to the left of their name.

Click the message section and input the message to be sent.

Click the Send icon to send the message.
-
Click the [Cancel] button to close Team Chat.

Anyone who is included in the Team Chat can see any message written, regardless of when they are added in.

Clicking the Bell icon will toggle the user’s alerts On and Off.
