Selecting a Standard Concern

Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

  2. Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Repair Order screen:

  1. Select [Detail Add] to add an operation.

-or-

Select an operation to edit by clicking on an existing operation line.

Inside the Operation Detail screen:

  1. Click the Concern hyperlink to open the Select Concern window.

  2. Click on a Concern Code in the window to select the concern.

-and/or-

3. Click on the Cause hyperlink to open the Select Cause window.

4. Click on a Cause or Solution Code in the window to select the cause.

-and/or-

5. Click on the Correction hyperlink to open the Select Cause window.

6. Click on a Cause or Solution Code in the window to select the correction.

7. Select [OK] to accept the changes and close the Operation Detail window.
