Use the Ultimate Search from any screen.

Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of any screen.

Input the VIN number in the search bar.

Wait for the data to display.

Select the VIN number to open the Vehicle record.

Click on the hyperlink to open the Customer Snapshot.

Click on the customer tab in the upper right to open the Customer record.
