Search for a Customer Using the VIN number

Use the Ultimate Search from any screen.

• Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of any screen.

  

• Input the VIN number in the search bar.

• Wait for the data to display.

• Select the VIN number to open the Vehicle record.

• Click on the hyperlink to open the Customer Snapshot.

• Click on the customer tab in the upper right to open the Customer record.
