Scheduling an Account

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Schedule Maintenance

· Schedules cannot be edited or created while two periods are open.

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the schedule.

2. Select the schedule by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Schedule Maintenance Screen:

3. Click the [Add] button below the grid.

4. Input the Account number.

Click in the Account field, input any number, press the [Tab] or [Enter] key to search the Browse Accounts grid, and select the corresponding account.

5. Click in the Control Type field and select a control.

6. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
