Salesperson Sales Count Report

Sales Count Report by Salesperson

In VUE DMS, running reports is a key part of tracking performance, analyzing trends, and managing dealership operations. To ensure each report provides the most valuable and accurate information, users must first select from a set of report parameters. These parameters help filter and organize the data based on your needs, such as choosing the company, date range, customer type, or how the results should be sorted.

The Salesperson Sales Count report offers both a Summary view for quick totals and a Detailed view for deal-level insights. Users can choose to display the report on-screen or export it as a PDF or spreadsheet for further analysis or sharing.

This article will walk you through the available report types, how to set parameters, and how to export the report in the format that best suits your needs.

Navigate to: Sales > Reports > Sales > Salesperson Sales Count

Below are snapshots and descriptions of the available Report Types found in the Parameters section.
Each Report Type offers a different layout and level of detail. After setting the Report Parameters, click [Run Report].
