The Sales Productivity Report lists individual salespeople and summarizes their sales activities, including ticket status, sales categories, transaction days and lines, total sales, costs, and gross profit percentages. It is used by parts managers and personnel for performance evaluation and financial analysis, helping identify top performers, areas for improvement, and profitability through gross profit calculation.
Recommended Frequency: Weekly and Monthly

Use Salesperson:

Yes: This is the person that created the ticket and is credited for all parts billed on the ticket no matter who billed the parts

No: This is the person that billed out the part(s) no matter who created the ticket
Select Employee(s): Allows the user to select All or specific employees

Reporting Date:
-
Date Billed: Date the part was entered on a ticket

Date Closed: Date the ticket was closed
Status: Open, Closed or Both
Other Includes: Other than Retail, the user can select Internal, Extended Warranty, Warranty or All
