Track and Print Post Sales Report
The Sales Follow-Up Report tracks sales for the selected time period and provides a printer-friendly sheet for salespeople to track post-sales communications.
Frequency: Weekly
Who Uses it: Sales Managers
Why they use it: To deliver follow-up reports to salespeople in the event that the dealership does not utilize a CRM.
Navigate to: Sales > Reports > Sales > Sales Follow Up
Choose Parameters
This section clarifies the parameters outlined in this report. For additional details that apply to all reports, please refer to the Common Report Features article.
Customer Class – Select specifically to generate report information based on the type of customer – Retail, Commercial, Fleet, or Wholesale. All is the default. Multiples can be selected.
Report Type – Summary to generate in VUE, Export to generate an Excel spreadsheet.

Note Lines – Use to add additional lines to the report for sales users to write on the print-out. Default is 0. Up to 4 lines can be added.
Break on Salesman – To generate page breaks per salesperson in the report print-out. Default is No.
