Running a Customer Value Report from a Sales Desk

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Sales > F&I > Sales Desk

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Sales Desk.

  2. Select the Sales Desk by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Sales Desk screen:

  1. Hover over the [More] icon in the Action Ribbon.

  2. Select the Value Report option in the dropdown.

  3. The Customer Value Report will display in a new browser tab.

· This report is only available for prospects that have customer records. Newly created prospects will not have a value report.

· The Customer Value report can be printed and downloaded from the browser tab.
