Repair Order Exceptions Report
Track Adjustments and Changes to Repair Orders
The Repair Order Exceptions Report is designed to track and document any adjustments or unusual changes made to service tickets within a specified period.
Frequency: Monthly
Who uses it: Service Manager and Fixed Ops Director
How it's used:
- Monitors Adjustments: The report lists every instance where a ticket’s values (such as labor, parts, discounts, or charges) were modified after initial entry. It shows both the original and new values for transparency.
- Identifies Unusual Activity: By highlighting changes (for example, increases or decreases in labor cost, parts sales, or discounts), the report helps management spot exceptions that may require review—such as corrections, overrides, or potential errors.
