Removing a Skill Set Level

Service > Maintenance > Skill Sets

Inside the Primary Grid:

  1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Skill Set.

  2. Select a Skill Set by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Skill Sets screen:

  1. Click the X to the far right on the Skill Set Level line.

  2. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
