Reactivate an Employee Record

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

See the Permissions Reference Guide to understand what permissions to assign.

 

Navigate to Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

  1. Set the master filter to Inactive.

  2. Filter/sort and select the employee to open the Inactive Employee record.

  3. On the employee tab, change the Status field to Active using the dropdown.

  4. Input an email address in the Log In Email field.

  5. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

  6. Click the link to Send Email invite to user.

  7. Update all other dealership-required fields.

  8. Update permissions on the Permissions tab.

  9. Click [Save] in the Action Ribbon.
