Products Report

Track all Products Sold in a Selected Time Period.

The Products Report details all products sold within a chosen time frame, providing itemized information on each deal including product sold, deal date, customer name, deal class, deal number, stock number, new or used status, price, cost, and profit, with totals per product and a grand total. 

Frequency: Quarterly or Yearly

Who uses it: Dealership Managers

Why they use it: To track sales and monitor product offerings.

Navigate to: Sales > Reports > F&I > Products Report

Choose Parameters

This section clarifies the parameters outlined in this report. For additional details that apply to all reports, please refer to the Common Report Features article.

Customer Class – Select specifically to generate report information based on the type of customer – Retail, Commercial, Fleet, or Wholesale.  All is the default.  Multiples can be selected. 

Source - Select specifically to generate report information based on products sold in-deal or as outside sales.  All is the default.  Select In-Deal Sales for products sold in the vehicle sale.  Select Outside Sales for products sold after the vehicle sale. 

Show Profit – Select to show profit information in the report data.  Yes is the default. 

Select Date By – Select to generate report data based on the status of the deal.  Options are Booked Date, Date Sold, Closed Date, and Posted Date.  Booked Date is the default.
