Printing a Buyer’s Guide

To print a Buyer's Guide, navigate to Sales > Vehicles > Vehicle Inventory, locate the vehicle, open its record, and use the Buyer's Guide option in the Action Ribbon's More dropdown to select, edit, and print the guide.

How do I print a Buyer's Guide?

Inside the primary grid

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the vehicle.
2. Select the vehicle by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the vehicle record

3. Hover over the More icon within the Action Ribbon.
4. Select the Buyer’s Guide option from the dropdown to open the Buyer’s Guide window.
5. Select/Edit the Buyer’s Guide that is to be printed.
6. Click the Print button.
