Placing a Parts Order

Navigate to: Parts > Management > Parts Order

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the Primary Grid to locate the Parts Order.

2. Select the new button to create a new parts order
   
   

   

3. Select the vendor you want to place an order from

4. For OEM order, click Generate Order in the action Ribbon

5. Select the Order Source you want to generate from

6. Inside the Parts Order, hover the cursor over [Place Order] in the Action Ribbon, and select Submit to OEM** or Internal Only***.

   1. Submit to OEM will transmit the Parts Order to the Manufacturer and change Status to Placed.

   2. Internal Only will not transmit the Parts Order but will change the Status to Placed.

Inside the Parts Order window, “Do you want to create a Purchase Order?”, select [Yes] or [No].
