Payroll Automatic Entry/ Edit

A guide to Maintaining Automatic Entries for VUE Payroll

Navigate to Payroll>Maintenance> Automatic Entries.

Select an Automatic Entry and click Edit.

Or if creating New, click Add.

Input a Name and Description - e.g., Bi-Weekly Payroll.

Select your criteria to base your Automatic Entry on - for example, Employee Period, Bi-Weekly.

Or if you have added a user defined code in Employee Records, add the appropriate code in the Auto Entry Type block.

Click Save.  Click Exit.
