The Parts Price Override Report is used to track and audit instances where standard part prices have been overridden on both Parts Invoices and Repair Orders.
Frequency: Weekly and Monthly
How It’s Used:
- Auditing and Compliance: Ensuring price overrides are legitimate and properly documented.
- Profit Analysis: Reviewing the impact of overrides on gross profit.
- Employee Oversight: Monitoring which employees are performing overrides.

Override:

All: Results include OV, OC and IO that were used in the Price Code field
OV: Override (Sale and List price)
OC: Override Cost (Cost, Sale and List)
IO: In and Out (Cost, Sale and List)
