Inventory Management

  • Tracks the current value of inventory at cost including counts of part quantities and line items (active, inactive, non-stock, stock, phase-in, phase-out).
  • Breaks down inventory by age (e.g., active, inactive by months, over 15 months), helping identify slow-moving or obsolete parts and their impact on total inventory value.

Sales and Cost Analysis

  • Summarizes monthly received amounts and cost of sales (COS) for each month, allowing management to monitor trends in purchasing and sales performance over time.
  • Shows gross and true turn rates, which are key metrics for evaluating how efficiently inventory is being sold and replenished.
