Part Order Status

What do the order statuses mean?

Each order status indicates where a purchase order currently stands in the workflow, from initial entry through final archiving. The six possible statuses are defined below.

• Entered — Entering parts on the order.
• Placed — Order placed internally or with OEM.
• Pending — Order is awaiting action, typically due to a missing or unresolved communication with the supplier.
• Receiving — Started to receive some parts on the order.
• Complete — Parts have been received and posted.
• Archived — Order is done and can no longer be edited.
