      Override RO Mileage Requirement

      Override RO Mileage Requirement Override Repair Order Mileage Update in order to Print or Close 

      Service > Advisor > Repair Orders

      • Company defaults may be set to require Mileage to complete an RO. This requirement may be overridden.

      Inside the Primary Grid:

      1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the Repair Order.

      2. Select the Repair Order by clicking on the corresponding line.

      Within the Repair Order screen on the Main tab:

      1. When creating a new RO, marking the Override checkbox located between the Miles in and the Miles Out fields will relieve the requirement to update Miles In or Miles Out before Releasing or Printing.

        or

         

      1. Once you click [Release] you are prompted to update mileage.

      2. Mark the Override checkbox located between the Miles in and the Miles Out fields.

      Continue to Print or Close as you normally would.
