The Other Charges Sales Report provides a detailed breakdown of miscellaneous charges applied to customer tickets and part invoices over a specified period.
Frequency: Weekly and Monthly
How It’s Used:
- Tracking and auditing non-standard fees (such as battery fees, document fees, expedited fees, freight, fuel fees, restocking charges, shop supplies, tire disposal, and tire fees) that are not part of regular service or parts charges.
- Summarizing the number of tickets and total amounts for each charge type, making it easier for management, accounting, or audit teams to review additional revenue streams and ensure proper billing.
