Op Code Exceptions Report

Identify Discrepancies in Operation Codes

The Op Code Exceptions Report is designed to identify and document discrepancies between the “Modified” and “Original” operation codes (Op Codes) on service repair orders within a specified date range.

Frequency: Monthly

Who uses it:  Service Manager and Fixed Ops Director

How it's used:

  • Exception Tracking: The report highlights cases where the sale amount, cost, or technician hours were changed after the initial entry. Each discrepancy is clearly listed, showing both the original and modified values for comparison.
  • Advisor Accountability: Each entry is tied to a specific service advisor, making it easier to monitor who made changes and when.
