Month No Sales Report

Identify and Track Parts Not Sold

The Month No Sales Report is an inventory management tool used by parts departments to identify and track parts that have not been sold or had any sales activity for a specified period—typically 12 months or more. 

Frequency: Monthly 

Who uses this report? Parts Managers & Fixed Ops Directors 

How It’s Used 

  • This helps managers quickly spot items that are tying up capital and shelf space without generating revenue. 
  • By highlighting parts with no recent sales, the report supports decisions about which items to return, discount, or remove from inventory. 

Navigate to: Parts > Reports > Inventory > Months No Sales

Choose Parameters

  • Values Under: Enter a dollar value

  • Values Over: Enter a dollar value

  • On Hand: Zero On Hand, Negative On Hand, Positive On Hand and All

  • No Sales (Months): Enter a value for the number of months the part has not sold

  • No Activity (Mos): Enter a value for the number of months the part has not had any activity

  • Received (Days): Enter a value for the number of days it has been since the part number was last received from an order

  • Added (Days): Enter a value for the number of days since the part number has been added to the inventory (Date In on the part record)

  • Sort By: Select how the report is to be sorted
