Modifying/Adding Extended Warranty Contracts for a Vehicle (Service)

Navigate to: Service > Miscellaneous > All Vehicles
Inside the Primary Grid:

Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the vehicle.

Select the vehicle by clicking on the corresponding line.
Within the Vehicle record:

Select the Warranty tab in the Action Ribbon.

Click the [Add Contract] button to open the Add Extended Service Contract window.

Click either the Code or Company magnifying glass to open the extended service vendor search and select one.

Input the contract number in the Contract # field.

Select the contract type within the Contract Type dropdown.

Input the additional Months, Miles, and Deductible amount in the associated field.

Input the start date and miles and the expiration date and miles in the Start Date, Start Mileage, Expiration Date, and Expiration Mileage fields.

Click the [Save] button.
For non-OEM vehicles being paid by OEM warranty:
Select the [Extended Service] contract button in the operation and select the contract.
This allows for the warranty tab in an operation for non-OEM vehicle.
