Modifying Rate Levels for a Technician

VUE is a permissions-driven system that tailors security access to suit each users needs.  Access to each menu item is managed by an Administrator at your dealership.  See the Help article on Roles and Permission to learn how.

Accounting > Maintenance > Employees

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the employee record.

2. Select the employee by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within the Employee Record:

3. Within the Tech tab, click in the Rate field in the Rate Levels grid and modify the amount listed.

∟ When the amount is changed to a different amount, the Default checkbox will automatically uncheck itself.

4. Click the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

· To change the amount back to the Default amount, mark the checkbox, and select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.
