Modifying Phone Numbers in the Customer Record

Inside the Primary Grid:

1. Filter/Sort the primary grid to locate the customer record.

2. Select the customer by clicking on the corresponding line.

Within a Customer Record:

3. Select the Phone Number hyperlink to open the Phone Numbers window.

4. Click in the Phone Number field and modify the phone number, if applicable.

5. Click the Phone Type dropdown and select a different phone type, if applicable.

6. Mark the Primary checkbox if the phone number should be listed as the primary phone number, if applicable.

7. Select the [Save] button in the window.

8. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

· Only one phone number can be marked as Primary.

· The phone number marked as Primary will be displayed in the Customer Record.
