How do I edit a customer loyalty number?

To edit a customer loyalty number, navigate to the Customers list from the Parts, Service, or Sales module, open the customer record, and update the loyalty number and source through the Customer Loyalty window.

How do I edit a customer loyalty number step by step?

1. Filter or sort the primary grid to locate the customer record.
2. Select the customer by clicking on the corresponding line.
3. Select the Customer Loyalty hyperlink to open the Customer Loyalty Numbers window.
4. Click in the Number field and modify the customer loyalty number, if applicable.
5. Click in the Source field and select a different source, if applicable.
6. Select the [Save] button in the window.
7. Select the [Save] button in the Action Ribbon.

What should I know about multiple loyalty numbers?

• A customer may have multiple Dealer customer loyalty numbers.
• Only the first Dealer customer loyalty number listed in the grid will be displayed in the customer record.
